We feature excellent pro microphones (typically AKG C414), high quality 24 bit recording gear, and experienced engineers both in the field and back in the studio.

Two Pricing Models to Choose From
We also offer two pricing models for location recording that provide full flexibilty for our clients. Our very popular EZ Track model is perfect for most educational, church, and community groups, making it exremely easy and stress free for you to provide professional Concert CDs to your musicians and patrons. Optionally, our "standard" location recording service puts distribution control directly in your hands. We charge a flat rate for the recording and mixing/mastering, provide a finished master CD to you, and can also provide graphics and CD duplication services if needed.

The Sound Works EZ Track Model

The Sound Works EZ Track recording model is the free* and easy way for you to provide professionally recorded and produced CDs to your musicians and patrons. For one low price, which includes tax and shipping costs, customers get a CD mailed directly to their home within a few weeks after the concert. We handle the orders. We handle the sales. We handle the production. We handle the distribution. You get to relax and concentrate on the concert!

Standard Recording Model

For Clients who are doing archival recording, small internal distributions, or who wish to handle CD distribution on their own, Sound Works provides our "standard" location recording model. Pricing is dependent on length of the event, travel distance, number of tracks/mics, and other details - but a flat-rate price will be given up front - so no surprises! Please contact us, and we'll be happy to provide a quote for your event.
