Notes From Chart

* "Grace Period" is the amount of time you can "go over" your allotted package time without incurring additional charges above your package price. We work very efficiently, never attempt to "milk time", and do what we can to get you in on or under your package time. We've also reduced rates in these packages, so we must charge per the stated rate for additional time after the Grace Period is used.

** "Free Set Up Time" is for YOUR use to bring in equipment, tune up, practice and warm up a bit, etc. prior to the official start of your session. While we MAY also use some of that time to begin set-up of our recording system, mics, etc. while off the clock, we are not under obligation to do so. Therfore, please expect that some portion of your paid time will be used for us to do set-up to accomodate your recording needs. Also please note that the free set-up time may not be "banked" and used later or applied against session time. Once the session starts, any left-over set-up time is forfieted.

Package Deal Policies

For packages or time blocks $199 and up, a 1/3 deposit is required in advance to book the time slot.
All balances including any overage charges must be paid in full at conclusion of session and prior to material being released.
Personal Checks greater than $400 MUST CLEAR prior to Delivery of final material. We also accept all four major credit cards, cash, and Pay Pal
