Deposit Refunds - Audio/Music Studio Sessions

Sound Works requires a deposit on all audio/music studio session bookings over 3 hours and on certain location recording engagements. This deposit is refundable per the sliding scale as represented in the following table. (Please note that there are separate policies and tables for Video projects)

60 days prior to session	100 %
45 days prior to session	75 %
30 days prior to session	50 %
14 days prior to session	25 %
Less than 14 days prior to session	0 %

Please note that if you reschedule a session within 1 week of that session, no penalty will be assesed. However, sessions rescheduled less than 1 week prior may be subject to a $100 change fee at Sound Works discretion.

Standard Studio Rate (set-up, tracking, editing, mixing, mastering, burning, copying, etc. etc.) (1)	$60 / Hr	Please see Studio Time Billing policies for a detailed explanantion of hourly billing.
Location Recording Rate (On-Site Rate inc. set-up, tracking, tear down, travel)	$85 / Hr	A minimum of 3 hours on-site billing is required for a location recording engagement. Location Work is billed in half-hour increments. Mixing/production for location jobs will be billed seperately and at the Standard Studio Rate.
Review CDs (4)	$3 ea.
Master CDs	$10 ea
