Items in the store are sorted as follows - First-upcoming concerts will be listed in ASCENDING date order - with the next upcoming concert listed first, etc. Then, past concerts will be listed in DESCENDING order with the most recent at the top and the oldest at the bottom.

That's Right! 2 Year Replacement Warranty on Concert CDs!
We put our money where our mouth is on quality!

If during the 2 calendar years following the date of a concert, a Concert CD purchased from Sound Works is damaged or becomes unplayable for any reason, Sound Works will replace the CD with an identical CD at no cost to the customer. Sound Works will also cover shipping and handling (for the new CD) during the 1st year of the warranty. For 2nd year replacements, a shipping and handling fee of $5.00 per CD will be charged.

The following terms apply to warranty replacement:

• Damaged CD must be returned to Sound Works to obtain a replacement.
• Warranty does not cover lost or stolen CDs.
• Customer is responsible for delivery and/or postage for damaged CD return.
• CD must be returned within 2 years of the original concert date to be eligible for replacement.
• Sound Works reserves the right to refund the original purchase price of the CD to the client in lieu of replacing the CD.

For those of you buying concert CDs, we sincerely thank you for purchasing from Sound Works!  We also want to remind about you and thank you for not copying the CDs or otherwise distibuting the music on them. Copying is stealing! Not only is this a violation of Federal Copyright law, but it also is a breach of the contracts we have with the concert's host schools or organizations. Even more ... it is dishonest and really does have a "victim" !

Many people do not realize that we record most of our concerts (when we sell CDs) at no-cost to the hosts. This means that the only revenue we get is through the CD sales. We also have many expenses in recording a concert ... paying the engineers to record and later produce, travel expenses, equipment expense, postage, sales tax, packaging, graphics arts design, raw materials, printing, duplication, and more ... so losing a CD sale because someone chose to "copy it for their friend or relative" really does impact us greatly!
